The CCM use cases are not currently sufficiently covered in the CCM specifications. These use cases should show the users (clients) and how they interact with the system (servers) in order to actually produce the anticipated CCM business results. This should also include a CCM view of the state of the federated repositories, streams, versions and baselines over time, i.e., the results of the using the CCM capabilities.

These use cases should then establish the high-level test cases for the CCM specification.
