Include a reference to the normative description of oslc.prefix in OSLC Core 3.0. The query spec would also benefit from examples that show how a client determines the known prefixes, and adds any new ones that need to be referenced in a query.

The BNF for oslc.prefix is included in the core specification in section 4.7.1.

https://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecQuery describes oslc.prefix but does not define its syntax. There is a description in OSLC Core 3.0, and I assume this is the right place to define it and query should use that.
