The Configuration Management spec defines a number of LDPCs:
1) A component's oslc:configurations
2) A baseline's oslc:streams
3) A stream's oslc:baselines
The specification does not mention paging. Since theses are LDPCs, clients might infer that LDPC paging was the correct approach.
The approach recommended in OSLC Core 3.0 is to support OSLC paging rather than LDPC paging. The motivation was for backwards compatibility and the fact that LDPC paging https://www.w3.org/TR/ldp-paging/ is still a draft specification.
