Consider deleting core2-vocat.ttl and shapes2-vocab.ttl

      Due to OSLC2 compatibility, these vocabulary and shapes will need to be reused. So they cannot be deleted, and instead were moved to the vocab folder. The actual normative files from OSLC2 open-service.net should be used. I don't know the exact provenance of these files.

      These files are the old OSLC Core 2.0 files and were used as the original source to develop the vocab/* and shapes/* files for Core 3.0. They are no longer referenced in any Core 3.0 document.
