      Add the common property oslc:error as a likely reference to an instance of oslc:Error.
      Add dcterms:references as a common property.
      Add the following properties to the shape for oslc:Error :
      dcterms:created
      dcterms:references
      dcterms:identifier

      As discussed in the OSLC CCM TC meeting on Thursday 12/01/2016, we should add some properties to oslc:Error to allow machine handling of errors and warnings, and also add a standard predicate that can be used to reference an instance of an oslc:Error.
