      E20 included a reference to binding constants for SOAP and PAOS in metadata that are invalid.

      urn:oasis:namees:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:SOAP and urn:oasis:namees:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:PAOS both have an extra "e" in names.
