Update the documents to reflect the changes made in the Open Group SOA Ontology Standard

There are a couple of mistakes in the contributed documents with regards to the implementation of the SOA Ontology. The contributed documents are based on a draft level of the SOA Ontology. Since that time the SOA Ontology is now standardized and the spec documents need to be updated to reflect The Open Groups SOA Ontology standard. A member of the TC needs to investigate this and update the specs appropriately and then submit the changes for discussion and approval.
