Retrieval of S-RAMP Package

During evaluation of the SRAMP-8 (ZIP publishing), the new UC was identified - ability to retrieve the package from the S-RAMP server with documents. Current package publishing allows to just upload/update the package with documents, but it does not provide way to get the package containg the documents.
The proposal has to deal with

• it is a new feature, thus it will be targeted for next release of the specification
• the package is discared once it is uploaded on the server
• package provides 'path' of the document - it is information that is not captured as required metadata of the artifact (see Atom Binding 2.3.5.3.1 Resolving Internal References)
• documents (artifacts) can be created also using another means (individual upload, ...) so 'path' cannot be identified by the server
• there are various ways in which user wants to get the package - e.g., get all documents related by imports (like WSDL/XSD); get documents below given path; get graph of 'related' documents/artifacts
