Section 2.2.3 is no longer correct

Section 2.2.3 references "Misc. Types in the Core Model" but talks about two types (StoredQuery and ExtendedArtifactType) that are not actually in the Core Model. This section should be removed and the contents found therein should be moved to relevant parts of the document.
