Clarify Atom Binding 3.3.1's description of StoredQuery POST/PUT/GET/DELETE

      Stored Query Entry documents are managed in the same way as all other Artifact Entry documents are in the Atom Binding. HTTP POST, PUT, GET and DELETE.

      I think the spec is describing post/put/get/delete on s-ramp/query. Clarify the exact endpoint?
