Remove "relationship with no targets"?

This will be a little far fetched – apologies if I'm missing something...

I think I can understand the original intent of "relationship with no targets". However, is it really necessary? Most use cases, that I can think of, can be easily accomplished with simple classifiers. Realistically, no-target-relationship == classifier.
