      Sequentially number and label all figures.

      Sequentially number and label all figures.

      The figures that appear in Sections 5 and 8 are unnumbered and unlabeled. Perhaps not a problem with the figure in 8.2 since it is the only one but in 5, there are five (5) figures so anyone saying: "see the figure in section 5" will leave a reader in doubt as to which figure was meant.

      A minor thing but sequentially numbering all figures and giving them labels will enable precise references for all of them.
