      Extension collection - occurs 38 times besides here

      Extension item - occurs 21 times besides here

      Extension point - occurs 26 times besides here

      XML document validation - only occurs once, here.

      The first three read as though they should be under terms and definitions and the last one is covered by the normative references. Yes?

      Or is there some other motivation for the separate listing?
