To the extent defined elsewhere, definitions should simply be cited and not repeated.

Moreover, the vocabulary of the citing document should not depart from the source, lest confusion and error is introduced.

I won't have time to review all of the vocabulary in the document but consider this a general comment that should be reviewed by comparing the terminology of this document to CCTS.

      Description

3.1 Rules for structuring information bundles reads in part:

      *****
An information bundle is described as a collection of components. Per CCTS, a component's type is either an Aggregate Business Information Entity (ABIE), an Association Business Information Entity (ASBIE) or a Basic Business Information Entity (BBIE).
      *****

First, why is the term "information bundle" being used instead of component? I ask because in looking for CCTS, I discover:

      *****
A Business Information Entity can be a Basic Business Information Entity (BBIE), an Association Business Information Entity (ASBIE) or an Aggregate Business Information Entity (ABIE).
      *****

at page 44, 6.1.3 Business Information Entities of CCTS.

If this is defined in CCTS, then why restate it here? Moreover, why the shift in vocabulary?
