      Yes, pointers to those exist in the cover page but the cover page is an administrative artifact and not part of the normative content of the standard.

      Despite invoking a RELAX NG grammar and set of Schematron assertions in its conformance clause, Section 4, there are NO normative references to the RELAX NG schema or the set of Schematron assertions.
