Assuming digital signatures are part of the normative content of this draft, references to unknown/undefined locations such as val/ subdirectory are a serious problem for readers.
Update: After creating this issue, I found the same issue with "model subdirectory," xsd, xsdrt, common, "the common subdirectory," in 3.4 and 4. Rather than create separate issues for each, I am inserting them here.
The reader is left with no clue as to these locations or of the files they are alleged to contain.
Another update: Yes, I found the directory information in the non-normative appendix, but that information needs to appear in the normative text.
