      Create an additional artifacts section on the cover page and create normative links to the "normative computer language definitions" that form the schemas to which conformance is mandated.

      Create an additional artifacts section on the cover page and create normative links to the "normative computer language definitions" that form the schemas to which conformance is mandated.

      Even if the problems with the various subdirectories are missing, a problem remains with the file references.

      The conformance clause mandates conformance to the XML schemas as validation without error.

      OK, but under the TC process,

      *****
      (7a) For Standards Track Work Products:

      All normative computer language definitions must be provided in separate plain text files;
      Each text file must be referenced from the Work Product; and
      Where any definition in these separate files disagrees with the definition found in the specification, the definition in the separate file prevails.
      *****

      So, where are the additional artifacts that are required to be used with this work product? I don't see an "additional artifacts" section on the cover page nor do I see separate pointers to each of these schemas in the normative language of the draft.
