      The language "this release" is vague. Do you mean this document or do you mean the file with a mix of normative and non-normative content?

      It isn't a problem that the file has a non-normative example directory but it is problematic that no reference exists to that file in the normative content.

      A useful solution would be to specify the location in the normative part of the document and the use links to specify each schema, etc.
