      Correct the styling to be uniform (and also correct, I have additional comments on the references so fix all of them first and then correct the bolding problem).

      Correct the styling to be uniform (and also correct, I have additional comments on the references so fix all of them first and then correct the bolding problem).

      Some of the entries in 1.2 and 1.3 have bold portions and others, from the same sources, do not.

      For example:

      [NAMESPACES] is completely in bold fact and yet [XML 1.0] is entirely in non-bold face.

      Unless the bolding it meant to communicate something I am missing, in which case it should be noted in the text, all references should have the same styling.
