Conformance lLevels 2 and above in Part 1 do not refer to the conformance clauses of Naming Conventions. It is then not clear what kind of conformance to Naming Conventions is required. The conformance clause(s) of any specification using Naming Conventions should only refer to it by referring to its Naming Conventions conformance clause(s).
