      Despite RFC2119 and saying in 1.4 Status:

      "In this specification, when MUST is used in the text, it MUST be understood as “in order to conform to level 2 of compliance with the Akoma Ntoso schema."

      Must, should, etc. appear in lowercase. The status of these terms as expressing normative requirements isn't clear. Take this as general to all control language.
