      For all three versions, simple, technical and all-inclusive, revise to use a citation to [RFC2119], drop the URL and consider dropping the repetition of MUST, etc.

      Shouldn't RFC 2119 be a reference to [RFC2119] which appears in your normative references? Moreover, if so, you can drop the parens and URL here.

      BTW, it isn't a big issue but I would drop the repetition of the definitions of MUST, etc. Those are already stated in RFC 2119 and nothing is gained by repeating them here.
