Organize all lists into alphabetical order to facilitate access by readers.

For an example of where you do a good job, see 2.2.4.5 Reconciling topic and map metadata elements, Table 1: Topicmeta elements and their properties. The elements are in alpha order.

2.2.2.4 DITA map attributes is followed by a listing of attributes in no apparent order which makes scanning for quick reference quite impossible.

All list of element, attributes, etc. should, unless there is a special reason to not, be listed in alphabetical order to facilitate reference by a hurried reader.

It is quite easy to overlook an item when the list is in a order that makes sense to the author but not to the reader.

Check all lists, all versions. This is only one example.
