Proposal:
The conformance clauses 12.2 - 12.6 use a variety of non-keyword terms to describe conformance.
Those terms include: "follows," "is capable of," "is capable of," etc.
Not to mention clear moments such as:
"generates errors for those documents that fail to conform as TOSCA YAML service template while clearly intending to."
I assume a document that "clearly intends to not conform to the TOSCA YAML service template" generates no error?
I appreciate the attempt to specify the details for each conformance target but that requires clearly defined conformance targets AND here is where you would use the [RFC2119] keywords.
For example, TOSCA Processor:
(a) it MUST process any TOSCA YAML service template that conforms to the definitions in (insert sections).
(b) It MUST generate errors (define the errors) for any TOSCA YAML service template that fails to conform to the definitions in (insert sections)
(BTW, error occurs 22 times but is never defined. If you are going to require errors, you need to define what happens. Does processing stop? Is an error message generated? etc.)
