      Description

1.3 Non-Normative References read in part:

      Recommendation ITU-T X.1254 (2012)

      Recommendation ITU-T X.1255 (2013)

Looking at the catalog listings, those strings should read:

      Recommendation ITU-T X.1254 (09/2012)

      Recommendation ITU-T X.1255 (09/2013)

A minor point but I spend some time every day trying to decide without asking someone if differences in citations are meaningful or not. If we all use the same citations, that saves time for everyone.
