      Great list of vocabulary but notice that the references for your definitions are all in informative references???

      That is what you want is to require adherence to the previously defined references. Yes?

      In that case, the DublinCore, etc. all need to move to normative references.

      And if you are going to do that, shouldn't you incorporate the original definitions by reference? In other words, why take the change of mis-stating a rule already defined by others? Yes?
