confusing use of the term "clause" and absence of its use

      Description

      The conformance clause refers to section 3,4..etc. as "clauses" apparently. Or are these clauses something else? unclear. Need to be consistent. Plus, in OASIS a conformance section should contain conformance clauses (a different thing). These are not the "clauses" that are mentioned in it. Confusing. Should not use "clause" for anything other than conformance clauses. Or else clearly distinguish. It is OK to refer to "conformance class" defined in an older spec, but then we still need to wrap such refs into OASIS conformance clauses.
