      Description

      The whole subsection 7.2 has no reason to be in the Conformance section. It should be in the main body. The conformance section should only contain all or some of the following: (a) overall considerations on various ways to conform (here, section 7.1), (b) conformance target definitions (types of implementations), (c) conformance clauses, (d) requirements for conformance that are not appropriate as normative in the main body (e.g. details on implementations that only make sense when when assessing conformance (testing, certification...)
