Sections 7.2, 7.3 etc. have non-meaningful titles

      Sections titles such as "Fingerprint", "Face" are not meaningful. Maybe we mean: 7.2 "Fingerprint modality service information"? and then get rid of the intermediary section 7.2.1 "service information", which does not have any sibling anyway. Same for all other modalities.
      Besides this, 7.1.2 "Language" is a very good addition, very clear.
