      Description

1.2 Normative References reads in part:

      *****
[ISO10646] “ISO/IEC 10646:2014 Information technology – Universal Coded Character Set (UCS)”, 2014. [Online]. Available: http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c063182_ISO_IEC_10646_2014.zip
      *****

Is there some reason to use a dated reference to Unicode? In other words, a dated reference requires conformance to that edition and does NOT include any later edition.

      Just checking.
