      Description

There is no basis given for distinguishing between normative text, i.e., text that any implementation MUST follow in order to conform versus non-normative text, which includes examples, observations about prior versions, laudatory statements about STIX:

"This graph-based language conforms to common analysis approaches and allows for flexible, modular, structured, and consistent representations of CTI." None of which are relevant to questions of conformance.
