      *****
A boolean is a value of either true or false. Boolean type properties have a value of true or false.
      *****

The MUST is unnecessary. Anything other than true or false is undefined and hence not conforming.

      Description

      2.1 Boolean reads in part:

      *****
A boolean is a value of either true or false. Properties with this type MUST have a value of true or false.
      *****

The MUST is confusing. Do you mean to exclude a property with a boolean value from having the empty string or NULL as a value?
