Parts 2, 3, 4, 5

Apologies for not having read parts 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the same detail as I did part 1.

However, I did scan over them enough to notice that they too fail to distinguish normative from non-normative text, don't use notes for non-normative materials, etc.

If you take my comments on part 1 as illustrative, that will go a long way towards tightening up the other parts such that all members of your community will come away from STIX 2.0 with a common understanding of what it requires.
