      Description

      8.1.2 TAXII 2.0 Collections Server and TAXII 2.0 Collections Client both refer to requirements in sections 4 and 5 (server includes section 3).

      I know you know those requirements by heart and in code most likely, but that doesn't help a reader/implementer who is charged with making your protocol successful.

      A quick listing of those requirements here assists the reader/implementer and can help spread your protocol. (to say nothing of getting a common reading on requirements)
