      Conformance

We read in conformance section: “A Server that both accepts inbound connections and establishes outbound connections to other Servers MUST conform as both an MQTT Client and MQTT Server [MQTT-7.0.0-1].” That seems not correct for a conformance section - should be the other way around: Should be reworded as “In order to claim conformance as both Server and Client, an MQTT implementation must :

      a. accepts inbound connections (from Client ?)and establishes outbound connections to other Servers
      b. conform as an MQTT Server ( satisfy the MQTT Server C.Clause)
      c. conform as an MQTT Client ( satisfy the MQTT Client C.Clause)
