Conformance clauses do not clearly refer to the normative sections

      Conformance

The conf clauses must clearly identify what normative parts of the specification they engage. (see OASIS conf clause guideline: http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCHandbook/ConformanceGuidelines.html ) For example, we see in section 5 of spec, many MUST requirements. But which conf clause is requiring to satisfy these? The two "document" conf clauses do not seem to refer to any specific schema nor such requirements. The normative sections should be referred to by title + section #.  The two last  client & server clauses read exactly the same! Is a DSS client then the same thing as a DSS server? Be more specific.
