      Description

The 4 conf clauses seem to all be same number (Conformance Clause 1). They should be clearly numbered. Their name can be more simply like "JSON DSS Document", no need to say "valid" up front. Same for "conforming DSS server" --> "DSS2 server"

      See http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCHandbook/ConformanceGuidelines.html .

Also, shouldn't the conf clause be more specific and day DSS2, not just DSS?
