This project is intended to create the non-normative resource in support of
OASIS UBL 2.1:

The text will be developed using DocBook XML and a first CND01 draft, not for
public review, will be created today or tomorrow in order to satisfy the link
above that points to the latest version. It will use artefacts from UBL PRD3
and will be updated to PRD4 when the committee receives the expected updates.
Only with the expected updates will we go to public review with a CND02.
