Notes: Hi! This project started three or four years ago and has languished
due
to the incomplete nature of UBL 2.1, a loss of involvement of the original
editors, and my own procrastination. Finally I'm now writing actual text for
this work product and I realized it predates the need to register the project
with TC Administration, hence today's submission. The revisable form of this
specification is DocBook XML. This is on the standards track as there is a
conformance clause.
