      TC passed the following motion in their meeting of March 26th:
      —

      • ISO/IEC/JTC1 submission update
        Bill Cox / Richard Coppen: Swap agenda items “MQTT core values” with “ISO/IEC/JTC1 submission update” due to availability of TC members on the call. Richard/Bill provide update on ISO/IEC/JTC1 submission process for MQTT.
        Richard shares link for MQTT ISO/IEC/JTC1 Submission Request.
        Bill Cox moves to approve the Chairs requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Ballot to approve submission of MQTT 3.1.1 ( https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/mqtt/download.php/55355/DRAFT%20WTC%20Submission%20request%20to%20advance%20MQTT%20v3.docx ) to ISO/IEC/JTC1 for recognition as an International Standard via the PAS submission route.
