          Same comments as for 2314:

          Approval motion is in the TC wiki. I wrote Saikat and explained that I only work from fixed media minutes - either email (which is required by TC Process anyway) or loaded as a document to the TC's doc repository. Asked that he provide.

          Also noted that the approval motion did not include the links to the approved content package in Kavi. Wrote a second email to Saikat suggesting proper template motion language to use.

          I will continue work pending receipt of the official minutes.
