Abstract:
This document defines version 2.1 of the XML Localization Interchange File
Format (XLIFF). The
purpose of this vocabulary is to store localizable data and carry it from one
step of the localization
process to the other, while allowing interoperability between and among
tools.

Notes:
We have approved wd01 from October 05 as specified on the ballot. However I
am
working on changing the front matter to csd01/csprd01 with the date 14
October,
when the approval ballot concluded. The wd01 stays on the given SVN locations
in
the exact approved state for reference..
I will be in touch with the complete package of csd01/csprd01 documents and
artifacts during today.
