Abstract: This document defines a minimal interface between the Data Engine
and
other actors in the ecosystem, namely the Service Provider and the Operator.
The
interface provides for registering and managing Operators, Devices, and
Consumers within a Data Engine. This interface represents the minimal
requirements of a Data Engine’s management interface, but does not limit
this
interface to these capabilities.
