Abstract: The Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) is an open internet
protocol for business messaging. This document defines a mechanism by which
two
processes communicating using AMQP v1.0 can ensure and enforce that there
exists
only a single open AMQP connection between the two of them.
