      Confirmed with Kevin Mangold, TC Chair, that the TC should close. Email to the TC on 18 January 2019 (https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/bioserv/201901/msg00000.html) drew no response. Therefore, the work being complete and no interest in continuing being shown, I am closing the TC.
