I needed to fix the bug to publish my latest committee notes for UBL:

I tried to create a TC Admin ticket but could not see which entry to use here:

https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests

... as there is no committee mail list to cite for the publishing of
a committee note draft.

I am in no rush to see this published ... so when you have the time
this wd05 replaces wd04 found here:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/DocBook/spec-0.8/
