Please note that this is a product of a joint project with the UN/CEFACT.

The comment resolution log has detailed record of all changes that were made
since the OASIS public review, why I'm also citing the comment resolution log
as
the list of non-material changes.

After the changes made, the UN/CEFACT held a public review, which ended on
February 17, 2019. The UN/CEFACT public review did not produce any comments,
why
the Committee Specification Draft approved by the BDXR TC today is identical
to
the draft specification used for the UN/CEFACT public review.
