Checked files to ensure all copied correctly. Ran link checker and discovered most of the internal references are broken. I'll attach the list here and report it to the TC in the public review.

Hi all,
Please review the OASIS Library installation of the files for STIX v2.1 csprd01 and TAXII v2.1 csprd02.
I left the minor STIX errors noted this time around since they were minor and this is csprd01. I will note them in the ticket. Also, on STIX, I find almost all internal reference links are broken - the link checker I'm using lists 119 and it still isn't finished. I will zip that into a master list and send as a PR comment.
TAXII links are in better shape. Some internal references broken but only 21 errors overall.
