Purpose statement:

• Demonstrate an adapter translating OpenC2 commands to Cisco IOS format
  (syntax) for Access Control Lists (ACLs) management, and

• Provide an R code base to facilitate other prototype efforts,
  Description: openc2-iosacl-adapter is a prototype implementation in R to
  transform between OpenC2 and Cisco IOS formats. The adapter supports access
  control list (ACL) management.

Notes: The purpose and description statements contain an updated name
(openc2-iosacl-adapter) per discussion at the TC meeting and subsequently on
the
TC mail list, as objections were raised to the use of "proxy" in the
originally
proposed name (openc2-iosacl-proxy).
