        Inspected file

        • removed line showing the comment log's own file name

        Copied file into the UBL directory in /ztest, which will be synced along with other UBL files in process.

        • set file properties
        • reset timestamp for directory to 2017-01-11.

        File currently available on staging server at:

        I'll leave this ticket open until all the current UBL installations are completed.
